Shipments from the United States to Canada that meet the courier guidelines in weight, height and width will be shipped from the manufacturer to the customer via courier. All over-sized area rugs will be shipped via a local trucking company located in the manufacturer’s city. The manufacturer will attempt to find the most economical way of shipment.
Canadian customers are required to obtain a Customs Broker and provide Saddle and Tack Barn with the name, phone and fax number of their Custom’s Broker prior to Saddle and Tack Barn submitting their order to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for any additional charges (brokerage fees, Canada Customs, GST etc.)
Saddle and Tack Barn reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review this Return Policy whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.
Saddle and Tack Barn does not just want your business today, but for a lifetime, and we will do our very best to make sure that happens.
Saddle and Tack Barn must be notified by the customer within three to five days of receipt of the saddle and/or tack for any discrepancies including defects, or any saddle and/or tack the customer may not be satisfied with.
You may return any damaged, unsoiled and undamaged saddle and/or tack purchased from Saddle and Tack Barn, that you are not satisfied with for any reason, within three to five days from date received for a refund of the Purchase Price.
Cancellations: If you choose to refuse shipment of the item or ask us to cancel the order after it has been processed, you will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the purchase price, excluding shipping. A refused or cancelled item will incur significant costs for processing.
Several manufacturers charge a restocking fee for undamaged saddle and/or tack returned if the saddle and/or tack is not satisfactory.
Please Contact Us via email with your return request. You must include your name, address, phone number, email, item number, item size, item color and the reason for the return.
The manufacturer will then be contacted by Saddle and Tack Barn. Each individual manufacturer has a different return policy and will be followed by Saddle and Tack Barn.
The manufacturers will arrange for the customer’s saddle and/or tack to be picked up by the courier or freight carrier with Saddle and Tack Barn via email. Saddle and Tack Barn will then contact the customer via email with the date of the pickup. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling charges and/or any additional charges that may be incurred for all returns.
The tack MUST not have been used and the original packaging must accompany the return. Items that have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur significant additional fees.
Please allow up to 30 business days (upon receipt of goods by the manufacturer) to receive your credit or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept any return which is damaged, soiled or returned without regard for this Return Policy. Saddle and Tack Barn does not refund shipping costs of the return shipping back to the manufacturer, except in the rare case the customer actually received an item with a manufacturer defect or received an item not actually ordered. Any such exception must be authorized prior to return and confirmed upon our receipt of returned item. Saddle and Tack Barn does guarantee all our products to be free from factory defect at the time it was shipped to the customer and guarantees products to be as represented on our website to the best of our ability. Please note that "undamaged and unsoiled" is defined as "in the same condition the merchandise was in when initially shipped to the customer".
